I’ve been a fan of Dr. Glaucomflecken for some time now, and so was intrigued to see this profile of his wife, Lady Glaucomflecken, ahead of her keynote at this week’s University of Vermont Cancer Center’s Women’s Health and Cancer Conference. Kristin Flanary has her own story to tell when it comes to the absurdities of the healthcare system, some of which has to do with caring for her husband, Will Flanary, MD during a sudden cardiac arrest and his bouts with cancer.
