Duly Health & Care (the former DuPage Medical Group), Chicago’s largest physicians group, announces layoffs and cutbacks on compensation and services, likely due to financial strain from a 2017 private equity deal that has left it with a large amount of debt. An earlier wave of layoffs took place in May, after which several executives left the company. Duly, with 150 locations in Illinois and Indiana, has had three CEOs in four years.
