Community Health Systems subsidiary Northwest Urgent Care will acquire 10 urgent care centers in Arizona from Carbon Health, which operates a dwindling number of clinics in multiple states. Carbon relinquished operational control of NorthBay Urgent Care (CA) facilities in February, around the same time it began its fourth round of layoffs.
The company promoted COO Kerem Ozkay to CEO last month.
