Virtual OCD treatment provider NOCD acquires virtual trauma therapy company Rebound Health. The businesses will operate under newly created parent company Noto, which will branch out to other specialties in the future.

NOCD has raised $84 million since launching in 2018.

Faced with increasing financial challenges, Valley Medical Group lays off 41 employees. The independent group operates four primary care offices. Technology and AI will be key to providing patient care with fewer staff, according to VMG President and CEO Paul Carlan: “We will be more efficient. We have plans in place to try and improve how we handle patient calls and messages and protocols to refill medications. I think that will help.”
