Ambulatory health IT vendor Kareo officially takes on the Tebra brand. Kareo merged with  practice growth company PatientPop in 2021, at which point both companies announced they would eventually take on the Tebra name.

The merger was fueled by $65 million in growth financing.

Former Kareo CEO and founder Dan Rodrigues continues to serve as CEO of Tebra.
