The local news in Williamsburg, VA highlights the challenges nonprofit and rural clinics like Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center face, including working with outdated technology that hampers their ability to share data with other local providers. Olde Towne Medical EHR software is at least seven versions behind the system the local hospital uses, making interoperability a challenge.
