Jack Nathan Health will sell itself to an as yet undisclosed buyer. The healthcare provider, which operates 240 virtual and in-person clinics in Walmart stores in Canada and Mexico, began exploring strategic alternatives, including closing the business, last month. It borrowed $350,000 from Walmart in August, presumably to keep itself afloat. JNH shares have fallen 74% over the last 12 months.
