Total compensation across provider titles has increased between 7% and 11% over the last five years, a trend that will no doubt continue as practices seek to attract shrinking pools of talent with attractive compensation packages. The Midwest and South offered the most lucrative compensation rates, while Eastern regions offered the lowest.
