Behavioral health outcomes tracking software vendor ERPHealth acquires Manifesto, which offers a peer support and behavioral health coaching app.

Retail healthcare software company PracticeTek acquires competitor Integrated Practice Solutions. IPS CEO George Ahn will become CEO of PracticeTek, replacing Eric Leaver, who will become an advisor.


Specialty-focused health IT company ModuleMD acquires Alaska-based Diversified Health Care Management and Professional Management Services, both of which offer practice management and RCM software and services.



Brent Michael (EverCommerce) joins Lightning Step as CEO.

Announcements and Implementations


Plymouth Psych Group (MN) switches from Practice Fusion to ClinicMind’s EHR. The group had already been using ClinicMind’s RCM software and services.


United Digestive will implement Provation’s Apex clinical documentation software across its network of facilities in four states.


Community Health Center will deploy Epic at its four clinics in Iowa. The implementation is part of a statewide project spearheaded by OCHIN that will see 11 community clinics transition to Epic by the end of the year. Iowa Primary Care Association affiliate InConcertCare is managing the project.

The South Dakota Department of Health will work with Findhelp to build a Community Information Exchange that will connect patients with social care service providers.
