Walgreens will collaborate with tech-enabled primary care enablement company Pearl Health on helping community-based PCPs offer value-based care services. Walgreens will offer PCPs working with Pearl Health prescription fulfillment, medication adherence, immunizations, care gap closure, diagnostic testing, and assistance in transitioning patients from the hospital to home.
