White-label virtual care delivery company OpenLoop Health expands its headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa by occupying a second floor of office space. The building OpenLoop occupies has also been renamed OpenLoop Tower. The company expects to start renovating an additional floor before the end of the year.

The Georgia Department of Community Health notifies Medicaid providers that it sent termination/revalidation emails in error. The department attributes the error to a contractor, which mistakenly sent out a test email not intended for mass distribution.
