Cigna’s Evernorth Health Services subsidiary acquires Bright.md’s asynchronous virtual care technology and clinical assets, and will incorporate them into its MDLive telehealth business beginning next year. MDLive will also begin offering health coaching from Welldoc to patients with chronic conditions.
