Sunstone Partners invests in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management company Accuhealth. Chris Schmaltz (McKinsey) has joined the company as executive chairman.


Hybrid mental healthcare provider Two Chairs raises $72 million in a Series C funding round, bringing its total funding to $103 million. Two Chairs differentiates itself from its competitors by employing its therapists, rather than relying on contracted staff, and offering scheduling technology that helps patients select best-fit therapists.


RFX Solutions announces $9 million in Series A funding. The company specializes in healthcare regulatory compliance software for ambulatory surgery centers.


LunaJoy, a virtual mental healthcare clinic for women, will use $4.2 million in new funding to launch an integrated care program for maternal mental health.
