Digital musculoskeletal care company Hinge Health hopes to raise $437 million in its upcoming IPO for a valuation of $3 billion. The company had attained a $6 billion valuation in 2021 when it announced a $600 million Series E round of funding.

Hinge Health, which works with employers and health plans, has raised over $1 billion since launching in 2014.

Clear View Behavioral Health Services (CA) and Charis Counseling (WI) implement ProsperityEHR’s software. ProsperityEHR launched in March and seems to be the new iteration of TheraManager and DocuTrac, which merged in 2017 and were acquired by Renaissance Holdings in 2022.

OhMD announces GA of Nia, an AI voice assistant that handles routine patient calls and flags those that are more sensitive for further staff review.

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Director Abe Sutton outlines its next phase as a part of the Trump Administration’s Make America Healthy Again initiative. Preventive care, consumer choice, evidence-based payment models, and data access seem to be major themes. The center also plans to “level the playing field” for independent providers through more flexible payment models to increase market competition.

He says of his act: “I have a family, I have a culture, I have a career, and those three things are probably evenly divided.
